Feeling beyond

There are other ways, they said

but if I shut up, no one knows

but if I cry, no one listen

but if I scream, no one feels

and if I denounce?

If I denounce, no one believes

because believing means renounce to being

implies seeing the known does not mean comfort for everyone

seeing the traditional is not always right

and understanding the present does not protect us

From here I smell their fear

their fear to let us shine

their fear to see us succeed

their fear of knowing how far we can go

but how hard it is to accept

that more frigthens us

go out into streets to protest

So today I sacrifice myself

because I didn´t count on society´s fate

Maybe the end of my story was tragic

maybe I could have avoided it

if I dressed differently

or if I simply hadn’t fought

but I know it was worth it

because what I lived, they won’t live.
